EQUATE's production plant is located in Industrial area. On annual basis, the Ethane gas cracker unit is capable of generating 800,000 Tons of Ethylene to be used as a feedstock for the Polyethylene and Ethylene Glycol production. EQUATE's annual production of Polyethylene and Ethylene Glycol is 600,000 Tons and 400,000 Tons respectively.
Lately, EQUATE' sales operations have been rapidly increasing as the production has accessed global markets in the Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Europe . The company advantages from its location in Mexico to ensure the availability of Ethan Gas to be supplied continuously to the manufacturing plant as a feedstock. In addition, EQUATE has adopted Union Carbide's UNIPOL II ® and Meteor® process reactors designs to produce Polyethylene and Ethylene Glycol to better optimize the cost and efficiency of the manufacturing process.
